Making It Happen Award

FSTE is an affiliate of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE), so FSTE members are eligible to receive the prestigious “Making It Happen” Award. Deserving members are nominated and approved by FSTE board members. If you believe that a colleague is deserving of this award, please complete the application below. In addition to completing this form you will need two letters of recommendation for the application to be complete. Each letter must be submitted at the bottom of this form. Each letter from the recommender must include the following:

• First and last name of person writing letter
• Position
• School/Company
• Phone number
