Outstanding Technology Educator of the Year Award
Application Due Date: December 13, 2013 at 5:00 PM ET
FSTE seeks to recognize outstanding work among its members in Florida. This award is for a teacher or other educator (including administrators) who has demonstrated outstanding achievement in and understanding of educational technology implementation, who is passionate about teaching, and who has examples of successful lessons. The educator has made an impact on the educational community, actively shares ideas, and uses his or her professional learning network to improve his or her professional work.
In addition to completing this form, you will need two letters of recommendation for the application to be complete. Each letter must be submitted at the bottom of this form. Each letter from the recommender must include:
- First and last name of person writing letter
- Position
- School/Company
- Phone number

The winner will be submitted to ISTE in one of three categories: Outstanding Classroom Teacher, Outstanding Leader, or Outstanding Young Educator (under age 35). See ISTE details on these three categories: https://www.iste.org/membership/awards-recognition
